To rent your next holiay home
Prices must be understood INCLUDING CHARGES.
MANDATORY EXTRA : Household end of stay (200 €)
OPTIONAL : Bedding, bath and hand towels beach towel, high-chairand baby cot

Rentals are weekly from saturday to saturday (Possibly on request another day of arrival and departure can be agreed)

LENGTH OF STAY : 1week minimum

Payment terms :
40 % advance payment on booking
30 % three months after
The balance, one month before arrival
(the lease is neither modifiable nor cancellable )
(Security deposit of 1500 € on arrival returned on departure)
BOOK SAFELY :

To rent, the procedure we have adopted allows you to have our postal address, our identity verified and a secure payment method.
​
1°- You send us a booking request, making sure your dates are available.
​
2°- If we accept your booking request, please download the rental agreement here,
After completing and signing it, you send it to us at our postal address indicated on the contract
​
3°- We return to you, at your postal address, the contract signed by us by attaching a copy of our rental declaration in the townhall and its order of classification 4 ****
​
4°- You have 8 days to proceed to the first payment by credit card (secure payment stripe) or by transfert (we send you by e-mail the correspondig invoice)
​
The rental becomes definitve for us and for you from the first payment made.
​
The two others payments will be done by the same way to their deadlines.
